You will learn how to prepare three typical dishes of Italian cuisine: pizzoccheri, a typical pasta from Valtellina made by us with buckwheat flour and topped with potatoes, cheese and cabbage; Ligurian pesto, a sauce made with basil, pine nuts or walnuts, garlic and Parmesan; and finally tiramisu, one of the most famous and loved Italian desserts in the world.
