Activity itinerary

Every day starting from 4:00pm, enjoy a 3,5 hours cooking lesson in Sorrento testing your skills in the cooking art and studying the secrets of the Italian Cuisine. Starting with a Prosecco and preparing homemade ravioli or agnolotti, eggplant parmigiana . Learning little more about food history: mozzarella, ricotta, parmigiano, extra-vergin oil, basilico, San Marzano tomato, semolino and 00 flour...and some "MAMMA advices"..available only for you! Finishing with one dessert : Tiramisù or Zuccotto. At the end of the lesson you can eat all you have prepared and of course, tasting of 2 difference good Italian wines. Min. 2 people are required.
