Begin with 10 minutes of gentle warming beside the marble basin (kurna) in the softly lit halvet, where heat and steam open the pores and slow the breath. Continue with 40 minutes of traditional hammam care: a full-body kese exfoliation with your personal mitt, focused hand & foot peeling to relieve fatigue and restore softness, and an aromatic foam massage on the heated Göbektaşı, whose radiant warmth harmonizes body and breath.
