The target age range is 6 to 59 years old. Pregnant women, children under 6 years old, and people with chronic illnesses cannot participate. If you have any concerns, please contact us in advance.

Please note that if you are late for the meeting time and cannot be contacted, the tour will be canceled and a cancellation fee will be charged.

We will send you a guide to the phone number or email address you provided when booking the tour by the day before the tour. Please make sure to enter a contact number in Japan where you can be contacted and keep it available for confirmation.

If you would like to be picked up from a hotel on Iriomote Island, the meeting time may differ from the time shown.

We will inform you of the exact meeting time the day before.

If you are not confident in your physical strength or have a strong fear of the ocean, please contact us in advance.

Wearing a life jacket, fins, and snorkel mask is mandatory for sea activities. If you do not wear them, you may be refused participation. To ensure your safety, please be sure to follow the instructions of the guide.

The tour will generally proceed even in rainy weather, but may be canceled depending on local conditions.

Please wear your swimsuit and use the restroom before the meeting point (there are no restrooms nearby).

Please note that meeting and finishing times may vary depending on the season and weather.

The tour will be conducted in either Japanese or English. Depending on the reservation situation, the tour may be conducted in Japanese only.
