The first day, we start with the reception at the office of Gran Caminata, where your guide will be waiting for you to transfer you to the port and embark in speedboats to the community of San Rafael, after about an hour you will be in the community, where the hosts are waiting for you, your guide will show you around the community and then head towards the Morphosapi butterfly farm, where you will learn about the cycle of butterflies in Amazonian forests through the butterfly workshop, we will return to our lodge for lunch and in the afternoon you will tour the forest of San Rafael Protection in the company of a local guide, returning you can enjoy a cool shower and dinner waiting for you at the home of the villager who hosts you.

On the second day breakfast will be served very early, because it will be time for bird watching all morning, you will be able to see more than 30 different species of birds. We will return to the community for lunch and pack our backpacks for the return to Iquitos. Upon arrival at the port we will be met by a Tuk tuk to drop us off at the Gran Caminata Office.
