no Spanish classes from 1st march to 6 march Learn the art of tasting and discover the richness of Bordeaux wines: history, appellations, terroirs, grape varieties, blends, classifications, and more! In a friendly atmosphere, you will learn to taste like a professional. Wine will appear more accessible to you, and your senses will guide you to perceive all the finesse of its aromas. You will taste 6 carefully selected wines: 1 mystery wine, 2 dry whites (left and right bank), 3 reds (mixtures, left and right banks) and 1 soft. The wines come from Grands Crus Classés and family estates in organic farming. Guided by Mathilde and Cécilia, professionals trained at the University of Wine, you will also discover the secrets of successful, sometimes unexpected, food & wine pairings. A tasting booklet will be given to you to continue practicing at home. Depending on the season, the tasting takes place in a private courtyard, cellar or in our furnished room.
