What you can expect

  • We'll take you on a tour of the vineyards, where you'll discover our sheep, the horses that help us work the land, and all the biodiversity on the estate. Designated a natural refuge, you'll see over 50 different species of birds and insects.

    We'll then take you on a tour of the cellars, with an explanation of the winemaking process.

    Then you'll have the pleasure of discovering our organic wines.

    We'll then sit down to a meal (starter, main course, dessert, coffee) featuring produce from our organic kitchen garden and orchard.

    Sample dishes (may vary according to season and availability):

    • Starters: tomato salad from the garden, with cucumber or melon

    • Main courses: stuffed zucchini, grilled eggplant

    • Desserts: Tart or cake or charlotte with fruit from the l'Enclos orchard.
