Join a full Vietnamese cooking experience in Hue where you’ll prepare 5 signature dishes and 1 herbal royal tea — all from scratch. This hands-on class is available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian versions. Under the guidance of a friendly local chef, you’ll cook dishes like Bun Bo Hue (or its vegetarian version), Banh Xeo, Fresh Spring Rolls, and traditional steamed cakes like Banh Bot Loc. You’ll also make a seasonal fruit plate and learn to brew Hue's famous royal herbal tea — a fragrant, soothing drink rooted in imperial traditions.
