At this point in the tour, we'll leave the horses to enjoy a well-deserved rest and a delicious typical Mexican breakfast. After breakfast, we'll visit the tequila factory, where you'll witness the entire process: from the cooking of the agave heart, its grinding, fermentation, and resting in the cellars—perfect for taking photos—to the final bottling of this iconic beverage.
