Slow down, be present & connect. Private horse experience for individuals, couples, families or small groups. What sets this experience apart is that the horses are completely free to choose whether and how they want to participate. The experience is based on relationship, trust and mutual choice. THE ENTIRE SESSION IS GUIDED - Depending on your interests, the SESSION MAY INCLUDE: MEDITATION WITH THE HORSES - slowing down & becoming aware of your breath, body, & being present. OBSERVATION & LISTENING - learn how horses communicate through subtle signals. EXPLORING RELATIONSHIP - reflecting on trust, boundaries & expectations. BRUSHING & GENTLE MASSAGE - connecting through touch. Being with the horses is also an opportunity to step out of the stimulation of everyday life and reconnect with yourself. This is not another experience to consume or rush through. It is an invitation to pause, observe and listen and give yourself time and space. FOR FAMILIES AND CHILDREN: Children can discover animals from a place of curiosity and respect. Learning to approach gently and recognise that another being has its own wishes, boundaries and way of communicating.
