Your day begins with pickup from your hotel within Hohhot's second ring road. Travel to the Huizhou Xile Grassland, a vast prairie known for its flowers and wind turbines. Spend two hours exploring this scenic area. Upon arrival, experience the traditional Mongolian welcome ceremony with a toast of wine and a hada scarf, included free from July to August. Then enjoy an off-road vehicle ride across the grassland, included in your tour package.

In the afternoon, continue to the Wulanhada Volcano Geological Park. Spend three hours exploring the volcanic landscape. Visit No. 5 Volcano, which remains largely intact and offers a steep hike to the crater. See No. 6 Volcano, whose partially mined slopes create a dramatic scene. A highlight is the astronaut suit experience, where you can dress up and take photos against the otherworldly backdrop.

Your group travels in a car or minivan depending on size: 1-4 people use a sedan, 5-8 use a comfortable minibus. Meals are not included, but your driver can recommend local restaurants.

The driver primarily speaks Chinese and uses a translator app to provide English explanations during the tour.
