What you can expect

  • Discover Hirosaki beyond the famous cherry blossom season on a relaxed private photo walk around the castle-park edge. Meet your guide at a visible landmark beside Hirosaki Park, then walk through Otemon Square and the retro Western-style former library area before following the outer moat toward castle exterior viewpoints. Along the way, hear easy-to-follow stories about Hirosaki's castle town, Western-style architecture, Neputa culture, and apple-town identity without turning the tour into a food or museum-included experience. The route continues toward the exterior of Tsugaru-han Neputa Village and ends with directions for guests who want to continue sightseeing independently. Food, drinks, admissions, and transport are not included, so the walk stays simple, flexible, and photo-focused.
