What you can expect

  • This is how the idea of blending wine and cuisine in a sensory journey immersed in tradition came about, thanks to the wonderful collaboration with the Vineria Sociale: a renowned bistro, where passion and dedication blend with the experience of the chefs.
    We will start with a tour of the cellar and a tasting of 3 wines:
    • Giovane ribelle Brut
    • Chardonnay
    • Sirì Rosè
    Then, to top it all off, you'll enjoy an apericena specially created by the chefs in the Bistrò.
    Each dish is freshly prepared, so in case of intolerances and allergies, please let us know when making your reservation.
    The apericena includes one glass of our wines of your choice, per person.
