You will start your experience with pickup support in Hanoi Old Quarter before heading to a local coffee workshop. Upon arrival, your host will introduce Vietnamese coffee culture, ingredients, and traditional brewing methods used by locals. Next, you will take part in a hands-on coffee workshop, learning how to brew several iconic Vietnamese coffee styles, such as brown coffee, salt coffee, egg coffee, coconut coffee, pour-over, coffee cocktail. You’ll practice step by step, ask questions, and enjoy a guided tasting session to understand the flavors and stories behind each cup. After the workshop, you’ll travel together with your guide to Hanoi’s famous Train Street. Once there, you’ll walk along the railway, observe daily life in the neighborhood, and relax at a selected café. You’ll have time to enjoy a drink, take photos, and experience the unique moment when trains pass through the narrow street. The activity ends at Train Street, where you are free to continue exploring independently at your own pace.
