Hi, I’m Yurina — born and raised in Tokyo. I love cooking, and I hope to share a warm, personal side of Japan with you through the home dishes we enjoy here.

This class takes place in a cozy, relaxed setting where you can enjoy a hands-on cooking experience and feel like you’ve stepped into a real Japanese home.

Classes are conducted in English, last about 3 hours, and are limited to a maximum of 4 guests.

In this course, you’ll make traditional dishes loved by Japanese families — colorful sushi rolls and temari sushi, grilled seasonal fish, and a delicate clear soup (osuimono).
It’s a well-balanced menu that reflects the warmth and simplicity of everyday Japanese home cooking, offering a genuine taste of local life through food and culture.
