Handmade Pasta Cooking Class in the Historic Center of Florence €79 per person Discover authentic Italian cooking in Florence with a hands-on cooking class in the historic center. Guided by professional chefs, you will learn how to make fresh handmade pasta from scratch using traditional Italian techniques. You will prepare two types of pasta: reginette and ricotta -spinach cappelletti, learning every step from making the dough to shaping and cooking the pasta. You will also make traditional sauces such as Tuscan ragù and butter with sage. After the class, enjoy the pasta you have prepared together in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. This experience combines learning, delicious food, and authentic Italian hospitality in the heart of Florence. Important Payment Information Total cost: €79 per adult. €19 is paid at the time of booking. This payment is only to reserve your spot, date, and time for the cooking class. The remaining €60 per adult is paid in person before the class begins. This is a mandatory ingredient fee that covers all the ingredients needed for the cooking class. For children: €19 booking fee + €45 ingredient fee = €64 total per child
