Explore Madeira on a 4-hour jeep tour led by a local guide, designed to show you both the island’s most iconic spots and its authentic everyday life.
We begin in Câmara de Lobos, a traditional fishing village known for its character and history. From here, you’ll get a first impression of local life before we continue the journey.
Next, we visit Henriques & Henriques, one of the oldest Madeira wine producers, where you’ll enjoy a Madeira wine tasting and learn about this important part of the island’s culture.
The tour continues through Estreito de Câmara de Lobos and up to Jardim da Serra, where we explore Madeira’s agricultural traditions and rural lifestyle. Along the way, your local guide will share insights about farming, culture, and how people truly live on the island.
After that, we leave the main roads and head into quieter mountain areas, where you’ll experience a more relaxed and less touristy side of Madeira.
We also stop at a local bar, where you can have a coffee or try the traditional Madeiran poncha (optional, not included).
The experience includes a visit to Cabo Girão, one of the highest sea cliffs in Europe, offering incredible views over the Atlantic Ocean.
This tour is ideal for those looking for something more personal, combining well-known places with a genuine connection to Madeira’s local lifestyle.
