Discover the underwater world of Tenerife with an introductory scuba diving experience specially designed for beginners. The activity lasts approximately 4 hours and takes place in the protected bay of Abades, an ideal environment for enjoying your first dive safely.

Your experience begins with pickup from your accommodation. A professional instructor will explain the basic safety rules and accompany you throughout the activity, with a maximum of 2 participants per instructor to provide personalized attention.

After the briefing, you will receive the necessary diving equipment, including fins, boots, mask and wetsuit. No previous diving experience is required.

During the dive, you can reach a maximum depth of 8 meters while discovering the marine life of Tenerife. You may see schools of fish, cuttlefish, octopuses and other Atlantic marine species. With a bit of luck, you may also encounter rays or seahorses.

Participants must be at least 8 years old. The activity is not suitable for pregnant people, participants with back problems, reduced mobility, heart or respiratory problems, epilepsy, wheelchair users, or people who have undergone surgery within the last 12 months.

Free pick-up and drop-off service is available in the confirmed pickup areas in Tenerife. The exact pickup time will be confirmed the day before the activity.
