Know before you book

  • You must be able to ride a bicycle on your own for a distance of up to 6 miles (10 km) at a leisurely pace on relatively flat roads.
  • Hotel pickup is available from most centrally located Hoi An hotels. Please arrange pickup from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation.
  • Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
  • An additional surcharge of 15% is payable on the day of your activity if travel date fall on Lunar New Year (30 Dec, 1 - 4 Jan according to Lunar Calendar) or 15th Feb to 19th Feb 2018
