Come and immerse yourself with me in the mind of Leonardo da Vinci in the garden of the château where he died over 500 years ago. We will stroll through this unique park to discover everything that filled his mind. You'll then understand who he was, whether you're 7 or 97!

We'll talk about the history of a château neighboring that of the kings of France, which became the home of one of the greatest painters in the world.
But Leonardo da Vinci didn't just paint; he invented in many fields, so don't worry if you're not a fan of art history – you'll find something to enjoy.
We'll talk in a fun way about everything that inspired this man throughout his life, so if you like painting, anatomy, architecture, civil engineering or even military engineering, you'll find something to enjoy!

Please note: This tour is interactive, and you will need to participate by answering my questions and trying to understand how the machines work.

In this château, which is now privately owned, we can see the inventions conceived by Leonardo da Vinci built at full size, which makes it easier for us to understand what they must have looked like. And some of them are interactive, and you can use them. Yes, for once, it is completely allowed, and even recommended, to touch the objects on display in the gardens!

I'll meet you in front of the chateau for a 1.5-hour guided visit through the park of the chateau. The tour will end in the park, leaving you time to visit the interior of the Château du Clos Lucé afterwards.

For a more comfortable tour, for groups larger than 2 people, I use a transmitter and headphones system. This will make the tour and your understanding of it all the better.

A little extra: If you like the town of Amboise, feel free to round off your visit with a tour of the Château Royal d'Amboise, which I also offer. Add this tour to the other half of your day, as this other castle is just a stone's throw away and has a chapel that today houses the tomb of Leonardo da Vinci.
