A journey to discover what your glass of wine contains. Your experience begins with the guided tour in the company of Cristian, owner and winemaker of the company. The first stop takes you among the rows of our organic vineyards, crossed by the historic Via di San Colombano: discover the winemaking tradition of the Oltrepò Pavese, the history of our family business and the techniques we adopt to preserve local biodiversity. The second part of the visit takes you to the winemaking and aging cellars to explore the world of our wine. In the third phase of the experience, Stefano will offer you 4 of our wines, illustrating the basic aspects of tasting: from the choice of the glass to the recognition of the aromas up to the choice of the correct pairing with the food.
