Loading of people first thing very slow process. Actual tour was good. Not informed that at end of tour you are not returned to where tour started, you have to make your own way back to hotel etc

The group was split into 3, spanish, english & german with only 2 guides. 1 guide was split between english & german which meant she was swapping from 1 group to the other. The spanish group had a guide all the time who spoke to them all the way through so there experience was a lot different to mine. Point blank each group needed its own guide to make the experience what it should have been. Also at the end of the tour the expectation seemed to be that everybody would want to be left in brooklyn to walk back across the bridge, this was not the case as people had done this previously. We were dropped off on Canal St however please note you needed to make your own way back from this point.
