Activity itinerary

Learn the popular sport of Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP). No prior experience is required. Our guide will explain you the correct SUP technique and give you the instructions on how to maneuver your board. We learn the basics of paddling at the bay before we jump on the boards and head further out in the archipelago. Stand Up Paddleboarding is a great way to find new balance on top of the board and a good all-round body workout. Life jackets will be provided. Please note: - Personal belongings will be kept in a locker at our Sup & Kayak Rental Office - We recommend you bring a bottle of water for the trip - Please wear comfortable sportswear or swim wear depending on the weather. We recommend you bring dry clothes in case you get wet - Beach towel and sunscreen is also recommended - To participate, you must be able to swim
