Suggested Itinerary (7 Days Paragliding XC Tour)
Day 1 – Arrival & Warm-up Flights
• Airport pickup and transfer to hotel
• Welcome briefing and safety overview
• Afternoon warm-up flight at local site
• Evening: Flight debrief and XC planning
Day 2 – XC Flying Day
• Breakfast at hotel
• Transfer to best take-off based on weather
• Guided cross-country flight with radio support
• Retrieve and transport back
• Evening: Flight analysis session
Day 3 – XC Progression
• Morning briefing (weather + strategy)
• Guided XC flight focusing on thermals and distance
• Lunch pack during the day
• Evening: Performance coaching
Day 4 – Advanced XC Techniques
• Flight to new location
• Focus on route optimization and decision-making
• Retrieve and return
• Debrief and planning
Day 5 – Exploration Flight
• Fly in a new region / take-off
• Long-distance XC attempt with guide support
• Evening recovery & analysis
Day 6 – Peak Performance Day
• Best conditions day for maximum distance

The total duration of every day activities is approximately 5 hours but may vary between 3 and 7 hours depending on weather conditions, wind, and flight opportunities. Waiting time and transfers are included.
