The Route
We'll set off from Pisa and ride through breathtaking landscapes, immersing ourselves in local history and traditions. During the tour, you'll visit some of the most fascinating and evocative places in the area:

Medici Aqueduct: We'll kick off our journey with a stop at the impressive Medici Aqueduct, an engineering masterpiece that bears the signature of the Grand Dukes of Tuscany. We'll stroll under its arches and admire the panoramic views of the surrounding hills.

Certosa di Calci: Our tour will continue to the Certosa di Calci, a fascinating monastery nestled in the Pisan mountains, where history and spirituality meet. The tranquility of this place will envelop you as we discover its roots and traditions. (There's no indoor visit planned for this place).

Torrette di Caprona: Next, we'll admire the Torrette di Caprona, medieval towers that soar over the Tuscan landscape, perched on a rocky outcrop.

Pieve di Santa Giulia in Vicopisano: We'll continue to the Pieve di Santa Giulia, a Romanesque church that tells ancient stories of faith and art. Its tranquility and rural charm will make you feel like you've gone back in time.

Refreshment Point: in the village of Calci, you can enjoy a refreshment break at the famous “Andreoni” artisan pastry shop, where you can sample excellent desserts or sandwiches, or choose something to drink, such as an excellent coffee, a cappuccino, fruit juices, soft drinks, etc.
