After leaving your car in the spacious car park, you will be welcomed in the square in front of the winery and accompanied by the owners or their colleagues on a tour that will captivate you both intellectually and emotionally. The tasting of 4 wines of the highest quality will be preceded by an explanation of the grape varieties grown, the winemaking processes, the aging in oak barrels of various origins and in Tuscan terracotta, the production of extra-virgin olive oil, and an introduction to the Baldini family, the owners of this little slice of paradise.
The wine tasting will be served on the covered outdoor terraces, surrounded by the greenery of vineyards and olive groves.
The wines will be accompanied by platters of cured meats, cheeses, and crostini.
It will be an experience in which all the senses will be engaged in exploring aromas, flavors and colors. You can request vegetarian and gluten-free options, but the absence of cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. The products are organic. The whole experience lasts about 90 minutes. Wheelchair accessible. In case of bad weather, the indoor spaces will be used.
