Welcome coffee and presentation of the farm
The morning begins with a friendly coffee, an opportunity to discover the history of a family and also to understand the birth of the Distillerie des Cueilleurs and the project to promote local raw materials through the creation of artisanal spirits.
Tour of the farm and exploration of the plantations
Accompanied by Greg, discover the different crops on the estate. As you walk along the rows, learn to recognize the main perfume plants grown in Grasse: jasmine grandiflorum, rose centifolia, tuberose, as well as several aromatic plants used in the composition of artisanal spirits.
Picking jasmine grandiflorum
The emblematic flower of Grasse, jasmine grandiflorum, is at the heart of this experience. Discover the precise techniques for selecting flowers at the ideal moment of their bloom and understand why this crop remains one of the most demanding. The harvest will then be weighed to concretely measure the quantity of flowers needed to produce the raw materials used in perfumery. A rare experience that allows you to fully appreciate the value of each flower harvested.
Tour of the distillery
The tour continues inside the Distillerie des Cueilleurs.
Discover the copper still and the different stages of making artisanal liqueurs and gins inspired by the plants of the Grasse region.
You will be shown the methods of selection, maceration, and distillation of aromatic plants so you can understand how authentic spirits are created that reflect all the richness of the local terroir.
Guided tasting
To round off the morning, it's time for a food tasting.
Artisanal liqueurs and gins are revealed through a guided food tasting, accompanied by a few carefully selected bites to reveal the full richness of their aromas.
A special moment to discuss the plants, the distillation, and the entrepreneurial adventure behind each creation.

As the tours take place mainly outdoors, in the heart of the farm, it is recommended to wear closed-toe and suitable footwear. In case of hot weather, please also bring a hat for your comfort.
