Know before you book
- Age and Safety: Customers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women may join if under 24 weeks by the trip's end.
- What to Bring: Comfortable shoes and clothes, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinks for hydration.
- Booking Details: Ensure all booking details (name, contact, flight info) are accurate. Errors will result in personal costs. A reachable phone number is required for safety and communication.
- Zipline has weight/age restrictions (Not recommended for travelers with serious back or heart problems)
- Hotel Pick-Up: Pick-up times vary by hotel. Please confirm with the operator at least 72 hours before departure. Pick-Up Requirement: Failing to provide or update your pick-up location may result in missed tours with no refunds.
- No Large Bags: Luggage and large bags are not allowed due to Hoover Dam security restrictions.
- Skywalk Policy: Only mobile phones are allowed on the Skywalk. Bags, cameras, and personal items must be stored in free lockers. Backpacks must stay on the vehicle during your Grand Canyon West visit.
- Delays Possible: Wait times may occur due to weather or crowd levels. Tour Adjustments:The tour guide may alter schedules based on weather, traffic, or other conditions.
