The Ruhlmann-Schutz family welcomes you to the estate's historic cellar, amidst the centuries-old wooden barrels (the largest has a capacity of 70 hectoliters). A place steeped in history where all your senses will be engaged.
You will then be shown the vat room, a space considered to be a nursery, where the various vintages develop quietly. Can you name the Alsatian grape varieties? In your opinion, how many bunches of grapes are needed to make a single bottle? After this discovery, wine will no longer hold any secrets for you!
The tour continues in the courtyard of the Domaine, which offers a beautiful view of the vineyard. During the harvest season, this is where the grapes arrive. Discover the huge presses and the principle of extracting grape juice.
The long-awaited moment arrives: the tasting, in the small traditional cellar or in the estate's shady courtyard, weather permitting.
The wine list offers a great variety and will allow you to determine, as you taste, which grape varieties are your favorites.
Your tasting will be accompanied by snacks.
Children will be able to taste grape juice from the estate's own harvest and enjoy some special treats.
An experience to enjoy with your family, partner or friends!
