You will begin this experience in the late afternoon, from the Domaine de Soustres cellar. Your guide will take you through the vineyards, discovering ancient grape varieties like Grenache and Carignan. You will then cross an olive grove where you can pick wild blackberries depending on the season. You will continue the ascent to an exceptional point of view, offering a 360° panorama of the surrounding landscapes: Etang de Montady, Massif de la Clape, Narbonne and the foothills of Caroux. Arriving at the summit, you will enjoy a glass of wine facing the sunset in a peaceful and magical atmosphere. The descent will be by flashlight, through a pine forest, to reach the cellar. Here you will discover the world of the estate during a night tour followed by a friendly tasting of wines and local products (charcuterie, cheese, olives).
