  • Driving permits from Indonesia, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, Kuwait, Qatar, and some countries are NOT ALLOWED to drive in Japan, please check if your country issues the 1949 Geneva Convention Permits.
  • 1968 Vienna Convention, IDA, IAA or any other permits acquired online are NOT RECOGNIZED by Japan.
  • Online copy or any digital copy of your permits are NOT valid.
  • Please obtain your permits before leaving your country.

Once on the road, follow your guide through some of Tokyo’s most famous areas, including the vibrant streets of Harajuku, the world-renowned Shibuya Crossing, the second popular city known as Shinjuku and surrounding central Tokyo neighborhoods. Drive Tokyo one of the world’s most dynamic destinations. This activity requires the hardcopy of your IDP (International Driving Permit) under 1949 GENEVA CONVENTION, Japanese Translation, or SOFA License. “All tours are operated in full compliance with Japanese laws and regulations and follow guidelines confirmed by the relevant local government authorities.”
