The tour allows you to discover the historical center of Genoa and the wonderful Palazzi dei Rolli, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. These elegant residences belonged to the aristocracy and date back to the 16th and 17th centuries.
You will be guided through the narrow alleys (Caruggi) of the widest historical center in Europe, to discover its many curiosities and secrets and guides you through the highlights of the city, including the San Lorenzo Cathedral, the Doge Palace, the Opera House, and the wonderful “Strada Nuova” (Via Garibaldi), UNESCO World Heritage Site.
At the end of the tour, visitors are entitled to a free admission for an independent visit to the Museums of Strada Nuova, Genoa's main museum centre including a rich collection of masterpieces by Italian and foreign artists between the fifteenth and nineteenth centuries - with a notable representation of the Genoese and Flemish schools - and Sant'Agostino Museum, offering, in the spaces of the triangular cloister and the largest preserved Gothic church, a selection of the most significant art pieces of the medieval Genoa.
