Overview

The tour begins with a visit to the Ballestas Islands, with the first stop at the Candelabra geoglyph. Along the way, you’ll see rock formations and marine wildlife such as sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and various seabirds.

After returning to El Chaco pier, you’ll have one hour of free time to stroll along the boulevard and explore local handicraft shops. Then, we’ll start the tour to the Paracas National Reserve, visiting La Catedral rock formation, Red Beach, and Lagunillas, where you’ll have time to enjoy lunch by the sea.

07:30 am – Reception at Paracas terminal or Paracas main square ️ 07:45 am – Transfer to the pier 08:00 am – Ballestas Islands Tour Board a speedboat with outboard motors and head to the stunning Ballestas Islands, the most important marine wildlife sanctuary on the Peruvian coast. Along the way, you’ll spot sea lions, Humboldt penguins, pelicans, Inca terns, guano birds, and the famous Candelabra geoglyph, etched into the coastal desert hillside. 10:00 am – Return from the tour and free time in Paracas 11:00 am – Paracas National Reserve Tour (Approx. 4 hours) Discover the incredible Paracas National Reserve, home to red deserts, unique rock formations, and hidden beaches. Highlights include La Catedral, Red Beach (Playa Roja), and Yumaque Beach, where desert meets ocean in dramatic landscapes rich in biodiversity. ️ 1:30 pm – Free time for lunch at Lagunillas Beach, with seaside views 3:00 pm – Return and end of the service
