Discover the verdant countryside, Buddhist temples, and local villages around Battambang on this scenic full-day bike tour. Cycle between villages and take a ride on the traditional Battambang Bamboo Train, have a go at fishing with the locals at Tonle Sap Lake, and see how Khmer rice whiskey is made. Start your day with a visit to a beautiful city in Battambang, such as a colonial building or provincial hall. Then, go to visit the Ta Dambong Kro Aung statue and learn about its history. Along the road to the next stop, you can stroll along the riverbank, enjoying the scenic views and vibrant local life. Don't forget to stop by the bustling markets to sample delicious street food and pick up unique souvenirs.
Suspension Bridge:
After taking some photos on the hanging bridge, cross the Sangke river. Learn about Buddhism at Kampon Pile Pagoda.
Next, visit and walk around the Cham and Javanese ethnicity villages to learn about their culture and religion. Enjoy the local people’s lives and taste local snacks in the village.
Original Bamboo Train:

After exploring the temple, move to Phnom Sampov Mountain. See scenic countryside where rice fields are and see farmers working on fields.
Move to the Killing Cave at Phnom Sampov Mountain, where you will see the victims’ skulls and learn more about the Khmer Rouge. Then, head to the Bat Cave for sunset and enjoy a beer.
