Experience Schedule

Introduction to Nagashi Somen (Approx. 10 minutes)

Build a Bamboo Flume Together (Approx. 20 minutes)

Work together to assemble a traditional bamboo flume, just as it has been prepared in Japan for generations.

Learn How to Catch Flowing Noodles (Approx. 10 minutes)

Practice using chopsticks and discover the fun challenge of catching noodles as they flow through the bamboo.

Enjoy the Nagashi Somen Experience (Approx. 30 minutes)

Catch the flowing somen noodles and experience one of Japan’s most iconic summer traditions.

Clean Up Together (Approx. 10 minutes)

Experience the Japanese custom of cleaning up together after the meal, reflecting the country’s culture of respect and teamwork.

After the Nagashi Somen experience, continue your journey through Japanese food culture with three seasonal Japanese side dishes that perfectly complement the noodles.

The dishes are served family-style, allowing everyone at the table to share and enjoy a variety of authentic Japanese flavors together.

Please note that the meal includes three shared dishes per group, with portion sizes adjusted according to the number of participants. For example, a group of two will receive three shared dishes prepared for two people, while a group of five will receive the same three dishes in portions suitable for five people.

One alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink is also included.

As the Nagashi Somen activity takes place outdoors, the experience will be cancelled in the event of rain. Guests will be notified by the day before the scheduled experience.
