Garibaldi Lake is one of British Columbia’s most iconic alpine lake hikes. A steady forest climb leads to a spectacular glacier-fed lake surrounded by mountains, glaciers, and beautiful alpine scenery.

Joffre Lakes is famous for its brilliant turquoise water and dramatic mountain backdrop. The trail visits Lower, Middle, and Upper Joffre Lakes, with time to enjoy the scenery, take photos, and rest along the way.

These are genuine mountain hikes—not short sightseeing walks. Guests should be comfortable hiking uphill for several hours, travelling across uneven terrain, and spending a full day outdoors. Panorama Ridge and Wedgemount Lake are especially demanding and require excellent fitness and previous hiking experience.
