What you can expect

Day 1: Sunset at the Uyuni Salt Flat
Departure 10:30 am. We visit the train cemetery, the town of Colchani with its craft shops and salt processing plant, the Ojitos springs (groundwater springs), the first salt hotel, the Dakar monument, and the Plaza de Banderas (flag plaza). At 1:30 pm, we have lunch in the middle of the salt flats, take photos and videos of the viewpoint, visit Incahuasi Island (dry season only), and the salt sculptures and labyrinths (rainy season only). We enjoy the sunset with snacks and wine. The tour ends in Uyuni at approximately 8:00 pm.
Day 2: Colonial Church
Departure time 9:30 am. We visit a 500-year-old colonial church, sauna and hot springs, outdoor pools, and a gravity-powered stone mill. Lunch at 1:30 pm. We visit Laguna Verde and Laguna Orko Kasilla. The tour ends in Uyuni at 6:30 pm.
