Our journey continues to Gori, a historic city in central Georgia and the birthplace of Joseph Stalin. The museum complex also includes his childhood home and a railway carriage associated with him.
Uplistsikhe Cave Town
The final major stop is Uplistsikhe, one of Georgia’s most remarkable ancient archaeological sites. This spectacular rock-hewn town dates back thousands of years and was carved directly into the cliffs. Walk through its ancient caves, tunnels, halls, streets, and religious structures while discovering how people once lived in this unique settlement.
