Discover one of Ecuador’s most enchanting destinations on a full-day tour from Quito to the heart of the subtropical Andes: Baños de Agua Santa gets its name from its famous thermal waters, considered “holy” for their healing properties and spiritual connection to the Virgin of the Rosary. (Virgen del Rosario)

What you’ll experience:
Rock tunnels and entrance to the subtropical valley: as we descend along the slopes of the Tungurahua volcano, the landscape transforms. Volcanic rock tunnels signal our arrival to a lush warm valley, humid climate and vibrant vegetation.
✨ Stop 1 - Pailón del Diablo Waterfall (Devil's cauldron): One of South America’s most spectacular waterfalls, it plunges 80 meters in three powerful drops, fed by the Río Verde and flowing into the Río Pastaza. Its name comes from rock formations that, according to legend, resemble the devil’s face. Surrounded by cloud forest and volcanic stone, it creates magical scenes straight out of a fairytale. Local tradition holds that this site was once considered a gateway to the underworld by ancient gods. It’s said that wicked souls were cast down through the falls as eternal punishment—adding mystery to its natural beauty. You will feel the power on every point.
✨ Stop 2 - Swing at the End of the World & Tree House Viewpoint: Feel the liberty as you swing over the Baños valley at the iconic Swing at the End of the World (Fin del mundo). From the Tree House, a natural viewpoint, enjoy panoramic views of the Tungurahua volcano and the lush surroundings. Every corner invites you to connect with nature and capture unforgettable photos.
As the sun sets, we return to Quito with hearts full of memories, for your personalized drop-off
