Enjoy an intimate small group experience with usually only 10 to 20 guests, unlike other operators who take up to 30.

Join Dancing Kangaroo Tours for an unforgettable gourmet journey through the Yarra Valley. This delicious adventure features visits to 3 wineries, a local strawberry farm, a chocolate factory and an optional artisan gin distillery. With up to 6 unique stops, you will enjoy more flavours and variety throughout the region.

Guided by our fun local guide, you will discover iconic venues and premium producers. Gin tastings are optional if you prefer to save on ticket price. Lunch is enjoyed at the stunning St Huberts Winery where you can explore the estate or sample additional wines, whiskies or gins at your own expense.

We take pride in premium transport, good music and engaging service. Life is too short for sour grapes. Good vibes only.

Updated itinerary from 5 January 2026 onward:

• 8:45am – Meet in front of the Arts Centre Melbourne Spire near Protagonist Cafe
• 9:00am – Depart for the Yarra Valley with fun commentary along the way
• 10:00am – Yarra Farm Fresh for seasonal fruit tastings and a complimentary punnet of strawberries per booking*
• 10:45am – Yering Station for premium wine tastings at the oldest and one of the most beautiful estates in the region
• 11:45am – Lunch at Quarters Restaurant, Hubert Estate (own expense) with time to explore and enjoy optional tasting flights
• 12:45pm – Yering Farm for wine and apple cider tastings with panoramic vineyard views
• 2:15pm – Yarra Valley Chocolate Factory for a guided tasting of 10 to 12 chocolates
• 3:15pm – Optional Gin Distillery visit. Note: On Tuesday and Wednesday – Four Pillars Gin Distillery for a paddle tasting [Full Experience option]. And on Thursday to Monday – Stag Lane Gin Distillery, a boutique family operated producer offering a charming tasting experience for a paddle tasting [Full Experience option]
• 4:15pm – Depart Yarra Valley
• 5:30pm – Return to the CBD with drop off in front of ACMI at Federation Square

Important notes (please read):

• Complimentary strawberry punnet is per couple or solo traveller and ends 28 February2026
• Gin distillery venue varies by day of week as outlined above
• If no guest chooses the gin distillery experience, we will extend the final stop by an additional 15 minutes and depart earlier for a smooth return to Melbourne
• We typically visit the wineries listed in the itinerary above. On rare occasions, a winery may be unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, such as a private wedding event. In these cases, we will substitute it with an equivalent winery of the same quality and experience.
