The Krakatau tour from Jakarta City takes you to Krakatoa Volcano, part of the Ring of Fire, aboard a double-engine speedboat. The journey from Carita Beach harbor to Krakatoa Volcano takes about 1.5 hours.

Early morning at 04:30 am, we will pick you up at hotel or at your apartment where you stay in Jakarta City, and then at 05:00 am, we will transfer to the coastal town Carita by a private car.

Then transfer to the bridge to board a fast boat to Krakatau Volcano. Breakfast will be served on the boat while cruising to Krakatau. You will cross the Sunda Strait between Java and Sumatra, where you may see flying fish and many other kinds of fish.

Before climbing Anak Krakatau, we will obtain the entry ticket. The climb and exploration will take around an hour.

We will then return to the boat, cruise around Anak Krakatau, and take photos before continuing to Rakata Island for snorkeling among fish and coral reefs.

After snorkeling, we will cruise to the beach, where lunch will be served as you enjoy the day at Rakata Island.

In the afternoon, we will cruise back to Carita and then drive back to Jakarta City. Accompanied by our friendly guide, this tour offers an unforgettable adventure to see what remains of the biggest explosion ever recorded in human history in 1883.
