What you can expect
Discover the beauty of Grand Cayman on a guided island tour departing from George Town. Travel through the picturesque coastal community of South Sound, known for its stunning homes and the scenic shoreline of Smith Cove.
Continue your journey through the countryside area of Bodden Town and North Side en route to the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the vibrant gardens, visit the Blue Iguana Sanctuary, and look out for native wildlife, including Cayman parrots and the agouti (Cayman rabbit).
The tour then takes you to Pedro St. James, the oldest existing stone structure in the Cayman Islands, rich in history and cultural significance. There you will watch a video presentation, tour the castle and walk the grounds and take pictures of the beautiful coastline. Afterwards, you will be taking to Tortuga Rum Cake Factory, where you will get to sample taste the rum cakes and rum and souvenir shop before travelling along the renowned Seven-Mile Beach corridor.
Conclude your experience with visits to the unique rock formations of Hell and the world-renowned Cayman Turtle Centre, where you will gain insight into the island’s ongoing sea turtle conservation and rehabilitation efforts. Guests will also have the option to participate in the Centre’s popular turtle swim experience, offering a unique and interactive opportunity to encounter these remarkable marine animals up close.
During the tour, there will be a 1-hour stop for lunch at a local restaurant (at your expense).
