What you can expect

  • Immerse yourself in a full day that combines the province's most important colonial history with the region's rich food and wine scene. Together with En Camino Paseos, this private experience takes you to discover the Jesuit legacy, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, complemented by the winemaking tradition that the Jesuits themselves started in the area over 400 years ago.

    Tour highlights:
Jesuit Estancia of Caroya: Visit to the first establishment of the Jesuit system (17th century), through which all of Argentine history passed.

Jesús María Jesuit Estancia (National Jesuit Museum): Tour of the old winery, the Jesuit residence, and the church of the historic complex.

Traditional Wineries and Vineyards: Guided tour of the La Caroyense and Terra Camiare wineries and the vineyards of Colonia Caroya.

Lunch and Wine Pairing: Time to enjoy the renowned local cuisine (artisan salamis, Creole pastries, and regional wines).
