Pick up from Bali to drive to Java
Start by picking you up from the Bali area in the evening around 7 PM Bali Time, the time pick up will depend on your location in Bali. We can pick you up from Denpasar, Ubud, Pemuteran, and other favorite places in Bali. Crossing the ferry for about 45 minutes, then directly drive to Paltuding base to start your Kawah Ijen Midnight Hike for 1 hour.

Arriving at Paltuding at around 02.00 AM, have a short rest for preparing the hike while we do the registration. Start your hike through the steep track in the dark under the moonlight and stars. Arrive at the crater top we need to descend the crater for about 30 minutes. Beware of the narrow rocky track, please use your good shoes with proper grip to make the walk easier. See the blue fire phenomenon at the crater lake bottom and see how the sulfur mining is processed.

After seeing the blue fire, we take you to hike back to the top of the crater to get to the panoramic viewpoint. Here you can see the whole landscape of Kawah Ijen from the top, and enjoy the spectacular view of the green acid lake. This become the best place to take a selfie photo and make a short video for your Instagram feed. Fly a drone from here is also a good idea to capture the whole landscape of the area.

Meet the strongest men on earth who can carry almost 100 Kg of sulfur rocks on their shoulders only using a handmade bamboo basket. Be more respectful to them as they are not just a tourist attraction by simply saying hello when you meet them, sharing a path with them, or maybe you can buy a souvenir they made for small money.

Coffee & Rubber Plantation Stop Over (optional) - Drop back to Bali
On the way back we will stop over at a local coffee plantation, aside of the coffee plantation we also can see the rubber latex trees. Your tour guide will explain you about how the rubber latex naturally harvested and proceed to be able to make end products such as rubber bands and tires.

We will drop you off off back in Bali with the same place as pick up.
