Discover the Elephant Conservation Center and the Bear Rescue Center on a full-day tour from Agra . Learn about the stories of these animals and the conservation efforts to protect them from different parts of India.

You will be picked up from your hotel in Agra and travel to the Elephant Conservation Center and Bear Rescue Center which takes an hour to reach as these centers are located in the outskirts of the city approx. 30 kms.

Here you will be heading to a guided tour by the educations officers and listen about the stories of these big animals that have been rescued from temples, circuses, processions and villages where they were used for transportation ,domestic purposes and for the joy ride and entertainment in a brutal way.

Hear about the horrible stories about the past lives. Watch a documentary related to the rescue programs and their medical treatments. No direct interactions allowed for the visitors you will be visiting this center in presence of the Veterans, education officers and care givers.

Here you can also pay a visit to the Elephant memorial where the keep memories of these elephants which are during under the medical treatments after spending few years.

This center works as a retirement home for these animals and they are spending last years with best care. Also this center provides jobs and running different programs for the welfare of the Kalandar Community who own these dancing bears in India.

This facility is running with the help of visitors and by different NGO's and private supporters and the visitors has to pay a little donation after the visit which is used for providing care of these animals and medical treatments. After the visit is over you will be drop back to the hotel in Agra.
