What you can expect
About Me
My name is Antonio Sireci, and I am a professional chef and sommelier with international experience. With me, you’ll not only enjoy delicious food but also have the opportunity to talk about fine Sicilian wine.
My passion for cooking started at home, inspired by family recipes passed down from my grandmother and, of course, my mother. This deep love for Sicilian traditions led me to turn my passion into a profession. I was fortunate to study under one of the most traditional and celebrated Sicilian chefs of his time, Maestro Salvatore Cascino (born in 1929).
I’ve also gained valuable experience working abroad, in the United States and Germany. These experiences help me better understand the availability of ingredients in my guests’ home countries, ensuring that the recipes we prepare are both authentic and accessible.
An Overview of What to Expect

Kindly inform us in advance of any food allergies or intolerances. We are happy to cater to dietary needs for vegans, vegetarians, celiacs, and those who are lactose-intolerant.
