Passionate about cooking, I grew up in Paris in an environment surrounded by women who loved to prepare good food and, above all, to please their loved ones. I have continued this family tradition, enriched by more than 25 years spent as an expat in Africa, Asia, California, and Central Europe. These years abroad allowed me to discover cuisines and products that I didn't know about. I loved working with local chefs who taught me about different cuisines, with spices used in a different way than ours. It is this life journey that I invite you to discover in my kitchen. Learn classics of French, regional, or even international cuisine (for example, Hungarian, Russian, Moroccan… except Asian cuisine) according to your preferences and always adapted to seasonal products and your cooking level (whether you are a beginner or a little more experienced). Our region is famous for its delicious asparagus and strawberries in spring, its game in winter, and, of course, its goat cheeses. I can also offer you vegetarian recipes or recipes adapted to your diet (allergies, low GI, etc.). After each class, I will send you the detailed recipes of the dishes prepared together.
