What you can expect

Enjoy an authentic experience in the heart of Franciacorta with the Edea Tour, a sensory journey that combines nature, history, and taste.

The experience begins with a walk through the rows of the Pinot Blanc vineyard-collection, where you can admire the variety of grapes and learn about the Mirabella production philosophy. The guide will take you on a fascinating journey through the origins of Franciacorta, the cultivation techniques, and the deep bond between the land and the wine.

Next, you'll visit the historic 1942 winery, the true heart of production, where the first fermentation still takes place in the original concrete tanks. Here you'll discover the secrets of winemaking and aging our Franciacorta wines, in an environment that combines tradition and innovation.
We recommend bringing a coat or jacket for the visit, as the temperature in the cellar is cooler.

The tour ends with a guided tasting of the three most representative wines of the Mirabella line:

Edea Brut Blanc de Blanc, elegant and mineral

Satèn Brut Millesimato, creamy and refined

Rosé Brut, intense and fruity

The tasting will be accompanied by artisanal taralli and breadsticks, to enhance the perfectly balanced aromas and fragrances.

The experience is suitable for everyone: families, wine enthusiasts, and the curious. Kids and pets are also welcome, just let us know when you book.

Discover Franciacorta in a genuine and engaging way, among vineyards, historic cellars, and excellent Mirabella wines.
