Begin your adventure at the meeting point near the Visitors Center of Iguaçu National Park. Meet your guide, get a brief orientation, adjust your bicycle, and learn about the safety equipment before setting off.
Follow rural roads close to the park boundary, passing through open fields, countryside, and trails that offer views of the surrounding environment as you pedal toward the Aguaray area and the Cachoeira (waterfall).
Throughout the approximately 22 kilometers of the tour, travel along a mix of paved and dirt roads, enjoying landscapes characteristic of the region and occasional glimpses of the Iguaçu River.
At a designated point, leave your bicycle and continue on foot along a short trail of about one kilometer, leading to the waterfall. Rest, take photos, and, depending on conditions, enjoy a refreshing moment by the water.
After spending time at the waterfall, return along the same route to the starting point, completing the biking loop.
