What you can expect

This full-day cultural tour takes you deep into Foshan, the legendary hometown of Chinese Kung Fu and a world-famous center of ceramic art.

You will start at the Foshan Ancestral Temple, a 900-year-old historical complex and the cultural heart of the city. There you can visit the Wong Fei-hung and Ip Man memorial halls, and enjoy a wonderful live performance featuring authentic Kung Fu and lion dance.

Next, you will head to Lingnan Tiandi, a beautifully restored historic area blending traditional Lingnan architecture with modern life, where you will have one hour of free time for lunch.

Afterwards, you will join a 60-minute beginner-friendly Wing Chun experience class taught by professional instructors. In the afternoon, you will visit Nanfeng Ancient Kiln, one of the world’s oldest dragon kiln with more than 500 years of history, to explore Foshan’s extraordinary ceramic heritage.
